wish upon a star

She was originally a Noragami OC, _{goddess of wishes which will be explained better below}, but turned into a full on piece… which I feel very happy with.

She is the Goddess of Wishes. She appears in a flash of starlight, takes a kiss on the cheek as payment, and disappears leaving a single snowdrop in her place. (as seen at her feet in the picture.) Her Regalia is.. (I'll update this later when my friend thinks of what she wants to be.) Can be summoned by either wishing on a shooting star, a wishing well, or another various superstitious method. Her name is Akira, which means bright in japanese.
